Do you manufacture custom steel profile lengths?
Yes. While our standard lengths range from 3m to 6m, our facility is equipped to produce custom architectural lengths of up to 12 meters based on specific project requirements and quantities.
What international standards do your products comply with?
Our steel systems are manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM C645, A653, BS 2989, and DIN EN 10147. We provide full technical submittals upon request.

Delivery & Logistics
Do you deliver outside of Jeddah?
Absolutely. We have a robust logistics network that ensures on-time delivery across the entire Kingdom, including Riyadh, Dammam, NEOM, and the Southern Region.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type. Steel framing profiles: 500 linear meters per SKU. Gypsum boards: 50 sheets per thickness/type. Ceiling tiles: 100 m². Insulation: 200 m². For mixed-product orders totaling SAR 10,000+, MOQ requirements may be waived. Contact our sales team to discuss project-specific requirements.
Can you coordinate deliveries with our construction schedule?
Absolutely. Soqoor Al Tanmiyah offers just-in-time delivery coordination for phased construction projects. Our logistics team works directly with your site management to schedule deliveries aligned with installation milestones, minimizing on-site storage requirements. We provide delivery tracking, advance notifications, and can accommodate specific time windows. This service is standard for all projects over SAR 50,000.

Can you provide a 'Total System' solution?
Yes. Through our own manufacturing and partnerships with SABIC, UMI, and Mada, we provide everything from steel studs to gypsum boards and insulation.
Do you provide technical assistance for system design?
Yes, our in-house engineering team provides complimentary technical support including system selection guidance, load calculations, fire-rating assemblies, acoustic performance optimization, and cost-value engineering. Are CAD/BIM files available for your products?
Complete CAD and BIM libraries are available for download in our Technical Resources section. We provide AutoCAD DWG files, Revit BIM families, and 3D models for all steel profiles, ceiling systems, and accessories. Files include accurate dimensional data, material properties, and assembly details. Custom BIM objects can be created for large-scale projects—contact our technical team for assistance.
How do I achieve specific fire ratings with your systems?
Fire-rated assemblies depend on the complete wall/ceiling system configuration (stud spacing, board type, layers, insulation). We provide UL-tested assembly designs for 1-hour, 2-hour, 3-hour, and 4-hour ratings in our Installation Guides. Our technical team can specify the exact configuration needed for your project's fire rating requirements, including compliance documentation for Saudi Building Code and international standards.

What quality certifications does Soqoor Al Tanmiyah hold?
We maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certification, Mada local content certification, and Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) approval. All products undergo rigorous testing at independent laboratories for material composition, dimensional accuracy, coating thickness, and structural performance. Do you offer product warranties?
All Soqoor Al Tanmiyah manufactured steel products carry a 10-year warranty against material defects and coating degradation when installed per our specifications. Distributed products (boards, insulation, ceiling tiles) carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 10-25 years. Warranty claims require proof of purchase, proper installation, and compliance with storage/handling guidelines. Full warranty terms available upon request.

How can I request a project quotation?
Submit project quotations through our Contact page with the following information: project name and location, architectural/MEP drawings (if available), product specifications and quantities, required delivery schedule, and billing/shipping addresses. Our estimating team responds within 24 hours for standard requests, 48 hours for complex projects requiring engineering input. All quotations are valid for 30 days.
